At the end of this wonderful week, you may begin to recognise your own gentleness and have more patience for yourself and others as you go through the hustle and bustle that is life. Whatever challenge you are facing at this moment, use this week to assist you in moving through it and see how you feel after you’ve put this practice into practice!
