What happens when I sign up for REALM?

Head to your inbox and find the onboarding email from us, this email will let you know all that you need to begin your life expansion in Realm.
You’ll receive what you need to begin with the themes, rituals and practices and also, a beautiful guide to help you enhance your Essence & Soul Style to create your own Sacred Space in your home, office and outdoors!
On the first of every month, you’ll be sent the new month pack and everything is housed inside our beautiful Sacred CommUnity, where you’ll be seen, held and heard.
How much time will I need in Realm?
Imagine REALM being a mix of self-care for your Soul and a Space for your Sacred Work to come to life. What would you invest into those things?
Give yourself the gift of time to show up to calls (there are 2 x Circles & Spaces you can attend which take 1 hour each), our daily devotion will take you 5 mins, but you can give yourself 15 mins a few times in the week.
You then have free “Reign” to move through the parts of REALM which intrigue you and feel inviting.
You don’t have to “do it all”, though when you commit to reading your monthly practice and joining in our sessions, you’ll feel totally loved-on and looked after.
Is REALM on Facebook?
No, we chose to run REALM via our Mighty Network platform to avoid distractions and have ONE Sacred Space to align our energy into when we show up for what’s there.
You don’t need to join us in the MN to receive your practices, you’ll get these via email/PDF with links to broadcasts at the beginning of each month, but we encourage you to meet your peers.
How often do I receive new practices?
On the 1st of every month, you’ll receive the practices and themes via email and PDF with links to all of the broadcasts and rituals.
If you’ve subscribed to include our Boxes, you’ll receive the box within the month of August, December or April (these are integration and play months too) so you have time to explore, connect and receive your Box in the mail.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Your subscription will automatically renew monthly, or annually if you purchased a year in advance, around the same date you initially purchased.
(We can’t guarantee the exact dates as banks, holidays and processors don’t always sync).
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
This is a 12-month commitment.
We provide you with a 12-month payment plan for your convenience and to make this more accessible. REALM has been designed for your Expansion and Evolution and frankly, not much can happen when aren’t all in.
We ONLY want you to join if you want to stay the full year, not to exclude anyone, nor to make you feel FOMO, but to ensure that you actually transform your life.
Seeds need watering after they are planted, to grow, you need to make the choice to grow, to water and invest, to do the work and meet yourself.
Trust us, you’ll be glad that you made this commitment to yourself.
At the end of your year, you can email us to cancel your upcoming renewal. Contact us at least two weeks prior to your annual billing date. Please provide the email address that you enrolled with. Once your cancellation is processed, you’ll have access to REALM until the end of your current billing cycle.
I need to leave and pre-paid for a year, can I get a refund?
Our pay in full option comes with very large savings, so you’ll need to see out the full year. We’re not able to refund full pre-pays.
Please choose wisely when you sign up, choose from an aligned space, not fear of missing out.
I don't live in the UK, can I still join REALM?
REALM exists on the internet, if you can read this, you can join, yay!
Whilst we aren’t sending our boxes internationally (yet), you can subscribe at the lower rate and be a part of the CommUnity.
Why do you only deliver to the UK?
We are a new business and will expand our offerings globally shortly. You can still join Realm without buying a box (we’ll supply you the ingredients for all the rituals so that you can buy them locally) – just opt for the membership option at the lower rate.
We hope to have global shipping available by the end of 2021.
If you’d REALLY love for us to ship to you, fill out the form above or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work out a postal service for you. Bear in mind, our boxes are not small and contain some valuable and fragile pieces, so we won’t be able to cover the cost for you at the moment.
How long does delivery take?
We ship all shop items within 2 business days and items are generally received within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 7 days before letting us know you haven’t received your parcel.
For our Realm Subscriptions, boxes are delivered 3 times per year (April, August & December) and we allow the entire month to ensure that all boxes are sent, delivered and received before the next practices in Realm begin.
What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
All of our parcels are shipped with tracking codes so can be traced.
If, however, you do not receive your shop parcel after 7 business days of purchase, please email us at email@example.com or open a web chat (the wee bubble on the left-hand side of your screen) and we’ll get it sorted for you!
How do I return an item?
We really hope you love all of our products, but sometimes things can happen in transit, or you just don’t love them.
If you’d like to return for a full refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the problem and we’ll be in touch within 24 hours to rectify the situation.
We do offer a full refund when you return your goods to us within 14 days of purchase, however, you must pay the shipping costs.
